All things come from God whether we see them as good or not.

Pray The Word and Prepare for The Word

Lamentations 3:38 - Do not both adversity and good come from the mouth of the Most High?

Read - Lamentations 3-5

God is faithful to give us what we need. God is merciful to give us what we do not deserve.  As a follower of Christ, God has charged us to both ‘be faithful’ (Matthew 25) and ‘be merciful’ (Luke 6:36).  These are attributes that you need the Holy Spirit’s help to accomplish!

Lord, I will receive Your faithfulness and mercy and I will give it to others.

https://www.gotquestions.org/mercies-new-every-morning.html - What does it mean to have new mercies from God daily.

God’s creative work in our life wasn’t only done back in Genesis 1-2.  Each day He creates mercy fresh and new and applies it to the follower of Christ.  To receive that mercy if you are not a follower of Christ, admit that sin has marred and separated you from God and that Jesus can Mend you by His sacrifice…that is the first Mercy of God - Salvation!  If you are already a follower of Christ and do not sense the mercies of God then likely the cross and the power of the Holy Spirit is small in your life and things like ‘self’ have become large.  Surrender your’self’ to God and let His mercy Morph you by His Spirit.
