3:16 Plan - Week 5 - Day 4 - Year 3 - Matthew 20:29-34, Mark 10:46-52, Luke 18:35-43

Don’t let anyone’s rebuke keep you from calling out to the Lord for help.

Pray The Word and Prepare for The Word

Mark 10:48 - "Be quiet!" many of the people yelled at him. But he only shouted louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"

Read - Matthew 20:29–34; Mark 10:46–52; Luke 18:35–43

Perseverance means we don’t let rebukes nor peer influence keep us from what God has for us.  We ask in faith and we keep asking when our faith is not yet sight.  Blind Bart is a great example for those of us trusting God for something we have yet to see.

Lord, I will not bend to the will of the world but to You and You alone.

Extra Discovery

Read Matthew 9:22 for another ‘faith has healed you’ word from scripture.

How many times do we sit and wait for God to do something for us but we haven’t actually asked for it nor trusted in Him to do it.  The Scriptures often show us that God responds to faith.  This is not us bending His will but it is us accessing His will and faith is the key.  To be Mended by Christ we put faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior.  Sitting and waiting for Him to do it without that act will end in Misery.  To be Morphed by His Spirit we Ask Him to fill us as we surrender to His will.  Without that bold Ask we will miss that blessing.  Do your part.  Have faith.  Ask boldly and repeatedly.  Trust that the giver of good gifts will give to you.
