Apply

Jesus enters Jerusalem by fulfilling prophecy once again.  2 of the disciples are charged to ‘borrow’ a donkey for Him to ride.  This had to be an unsettling request from Jesus as they could have easily been punished for seemingly stealing the critter.  Has God ever called you to do something that seemed nonsensical?  In following Christ, even when it doesn’t seem to make sense, you will likely get to participate in things you would have never imagined.

Yield

Lord, I will follow You even when my mind doesn’t grasp Your plan.

Extra Discovery

Read Zechariah 9:9 to see the prophecy Jesus fulfilled.

Revelation

As God Morph’s us by His Spirit our Mind/Mindset is changed.  This means that things that don’t make sense initially will often make more sense when/if we have followed Christ obediently.  Rather than question every move God asks you to make (like a child with 20 questions for a parent) let us obey Christ as He transforms us into His likeness.
