Jesus is put on trial. The religious leaders feel they are trying Him for the sin of blasphemy. In actuality, He is on trial as the burden-bearer and sin-carrier of all humanity. Past, Present and Future Sin of the World had been thrust upon Him and He would bury it in the grave shortly.

Peter had been Mended by Christ but often fell back into his old ways when times got tricky. Rather than blame him for his imperfections, let us look to the solution. As you read the Book of Acts, you are introduced to a different Peter. One that is full of the Holy Spirit of God. He is being Morphed by the Holy Spirit and acting in great obedience and power. We too can have a supernatural change of ways when we surrender to God’s Spirit.
