Luke 24:9 - So they rushed back from the tomb to tell his eleven disciples--and everyone else--what had happened.
Read -Luke 24:9–12; John 20:3–10
The women return from the empty tomb but the 11 disciples do not believe…all but Peter and John…who ran to see for themselves. When doubt and cynicism surround you, go for a run of faith!
Lord, I will choose to run to You in faith when doubt creeps in.
2 Timothy 4:7 reminds us to finish our race of faith…that can include running to Jesus in many ways and forms.
Knowing doesn’t always come by seeing…other times knowing comes by faith. In today’s text, two disciples needed to know for themselves so they pursued the truth and found it. Do you pursue your faith with this type of vigor?
