Apply

What things?  Jesus liked to ask questions to get His followers to think.  He still does that.  As Jesus listened to their burdens He knew exactly how to care for them…He shared with them how the ‘tough things’ they had experienced fit into God’s big plan.  Often times, tough things still fit into God’s plan better than we know.

Yield

Lord, I will walk with You rather than try and run ahead.

Extra Discovery

The disciples remembered the encounter from Luke 22:19 when Jesus once again broke the bread.

Revelation

All the Old Testament was pointing forward to Christ yet many missed it.  How could that be?  To Know God means to Know His Word and to Know it in context.  This takes diligence for sure but it also takes a humility and reliance upon the Lord.  As Jesus-Followers, we are aided by the Holy Spirit who Morph’s our Mindset so that we can better Know God and His will and way.
