3:16 Plan - Week 30 - Day 2 - Year 3 - Romans 9-10

It is troubling to know that some people we love have chosen not to follow Christ but it is exciting to know that if they believe and confess that they too can be saved!

Pray The Word and Prepare for The Word

Romans 9: 2 My heart is filled with bitter sorrow and unending grief 3 for my people, my Jewish brothers and sisters. I would be willing to be forever cursed--cut off from Christ!--if that would save them.

Salvation depends upon God not upon us.  No amount of our will, work or emotion can save.  It is a gift of God’s great mercy.  Due to this, every person who calls upon the name of the Lord can be saved.  What an offer!

Yield

Lord, I am thankful for my salvation and I pray for others whom I know that don’t yet follow You.

Revelation

To be Mended by Christ you must believe.  Believe that Jesus is the Son of God and Savior given to us.  Believe that He died and rose again to pay for our sins.  To be Mended we must also confess.  Confess our sin to God and repent (turn from it).  Confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord (Master, owner and possessor).
